Amber Griffiths
Owner and Sports Therapist
Amber completed a BSc Sports Therapy at the University of Worcester in 2015. She has worked in a variety of sports teams including U14's girls Worcestershire County Football ending the season with a tournament in Gothia, Sweden and England Touch rugby highlight being 2018 European championships. Amber has also worked with Rocktape for the London Marathon and annually provides post run massages for the Worcester Marathon with a group of University students. As well as working in the clinic Amber is currently working part time at as lead therapist at Bromsgrove school with an S&C team creating an elite development program.
Hannah Taylor
Sports Rehabilitator
Hannah completed her undergraduate degree in Sports Conditioning,
Rehabilitation and Massage at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2019 and is
now working towards her MSc in Sports Rehabilitation and should graduate
in September 2021. Her time at uni has exposed her to multiple elite
sporting environments including working with Scarlets RFC and Solihull
Moors FC. She is a qualified level 4 sports masseuse which she has put to
good use on athletes as well as the general public.
Along side her studies, Hannah is a keen hockey player being selected for
county and regional teams for a number of years whilst at school. After
competing in England Hockey’s Future’s Cup at U16 level, she attended an
England Assessment Camp which led her to participate in National Age
Group training sessions. This is where her passion for injury prevention and
management was cultivated after experiencing many knee and ankle
injuries herself.
